I know you have heard of Proverbs 29:18 before, if not let's read: Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. This section is for your understanding, so you can particpate knowing why this site is up and running? The best testimony about this site will come from people, like yourself, and I hope you will enjoy it and then tell others as well. The Name - Prayser? It is a combination of Praise and Prayer; that's who we are as children of God, and that's something that we do. Glory to God! Prayser.com is an online prayer and praise community who shared stories, testimonies, and other encouraging words of hope who share a common thread - the passion of knowing the creator God. He loves us and we must do the same by our prayers and praises. Psalms 33:1 states, "Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright." and James 5:16 states, "Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." I believe that why we are here today! Pray about every situation, and then Praise the Lord for the answered prayer. It's that simple. The visual scriptures for this site is found in Philippians 4:6 and 1 John 5:14 - "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God." "And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:" It havs been said that praise is the Highest form of Prayer. It is our desire to facilitate and encourage the application of these scriptures at this site. Do you remember Paul and Silas? In Acts 16:25-26, it was about Midnight, and they were praying and singing hymns to God! Why? Because they believe God had heard them, just like Jesus said in John 11:41, "Father, I thank you that you have heard me." If we believe that today, we can pray about our situation or pray for someone else and then praise God knowing our prayers are heard. Can you praise with me while we wait for the answer? Hallelujah! Shelena www.prayser.com Our Vision: The vision of prayser.com is to become a global community of praying people who believe that God heard their prayers, just like Paul and Silas, and that their praise will comfort them, deliver others, and transform the world. |
